I am always in the market to buy, and was long before the hysteria as I bought ammo monthly off Craigslist, but that's too rich for my blood. I paid the most ever, ever for 5.56 recently at 48 cents a round and that irked me, but I made the choice and bought just to try to stockpile more in case CA passes an an anti ammo internet buying law (almost happened with AB 962 a few years back). A month go I bought at 38 cents a round. That 48 is my max high end.
