I want to build a Berns-Martin reproduction holster. I need a curved C-spring to fit over the cylinder when stitched in. Any ideas how to get one or make one?

There are literally books on how to make springs. Check Brownells. If you're not really dedicated to authenticity, Safariland used surgical elastic to do about the same thing on their shoulder holsters.

Matt: any luck with the hunt for a spring for a Berns Martin rig? I'd sure like one for my Fitz New Service when it is done...
