Need Stainless Cylinder Hot Blued

Anyone have any recommendations and idea of price for just the cylinder?

You will have to find someone that can blacken stainless. Regular hot blue will not work on stainless. It's been my experience that blackened stainless has a duller look to it.

correct, you cant blue stainless, you should think about duracoating it

any shop that does "blackening" of stainless can do it for you, not much call for that around here, so my 'smith ' undid the set up...the solution is available from Dulite..........www dot dulite dot com........or look in the Gun Digest, the magazine, for any gunsmith services that offer it....the cylinder is a "part" so can be shipped (mailed ) anywhere..........

I've been doing it for a long time, but demand has dropped off as gun kote and Duracoat over stainless has increased. PM me for a price and turnaround time. I use Du-Lite salts.
