Need trigger pull advice

Looking to purchase a 22lr revolver for the wife, can you recommend one with the lightest trigger pull. She likes my J frame model 37 but can't pull the trigger with-out great effort, and really wants to stick with a 22 caliber short barrel for concealed carry.

Unfortunately the J-Frames rarely have an easy trigger pull, and the .22s are usually the stiffest. I really don't know that you will be able to find one out of the box that will work. Possibly a good gunsmith could lighten it up some, but then reliable ignition could become an issue.
Does she want a .22 because of recoil issues with a .38 Spl? I have a client who is an older Woman who could not pull the trigger consistently on a 442. She finally bought a Ruger LCR and has no trouble with it. If your Wife can handle a .38 Spl this may be an option.

Thanks for your quick response, yes the recoil of the 38 is to much for her. She has a Browning challenger that she operates great but looking for a concealed gun for her as she has just got her permit, we have looked at some automatics but pulling the slide back is an issue for her. I do have a Beretta bobcat in 22lr, but the trigger pull is as stiff if not more than the model 37.

The above mentioned Woman also could not retract the slide on my Glocks or my Kahr PM40. However she also bought a Ruger .380 LCP and that worked fine for her. Guess now she's a Ruger fan.
