Need year of birth and value for a 19-5

My 19-5 2.5 inch in nickle has a serial number of 195**
The only letters are above it on the yoke and they are A15.
I thought there was supposed to be a K prefix on these.
Can anyone tell me the year of manufacture and approximate value in shooters not collectors condition. Couple of scratches and not super shiny etc.

Sounds like the assembly number on the yoke. Serial number on a 2.5" 19 is (usually) only on the butt, and for a 19-5 would be like 256K789 or ABC1234.
