New 15-22 owner

Not quite yet due to 10 day jail period in Cali. i read quite a bit before I settled on 15-22 from a dedicated upper.
As soon as I get it I'm planning to get a new stock for it to match my AR and I was wondering what fits the 15-22 buffer tube? Mil spec or commercial?

there are soooooooooo many mods available for this piece
and yes on the mags..ive got 3 on order myself..

You should use this time properly to prepare. Buy several thousand rounds of ammo. You will need them, trust me. I have 2100 on order right now.

The receiver extension is mil-spec. I don't know why people can't just answer a question instead of linking and making you go somewhere else.
