New 3.25" 945

I got a call today from another S&W semi auto enthusiast. He told me his local shop had gotten in a brand new 3.25" 945. The asking price was $1400, and it came with two mags.

He claims it has a sloping dust cover similar to the Ladysmith 3913, and a black melonite finish with rosewood grips. Caliber is 45.

I did not see it on the S&W website. I told him I would inquire here. Anyone aware of a new model 945? Could this be an older Lew Horton, or RSR gun? Regards 18DAI.

Nice gun and pic rbert0005. I remember S&W made a few of them in 40 S&W as well. Great looking compact auto.
