Thanks in part to the great wealth of info available here, I was able to make a more informed purchase of a new S&W.
There are a lot of choices out there and cost was not my primary concern, but still I chose the SW9VE. A brand new S&W for 300 bucks is a winner no matter how you slice it IMHO.
I'll probably have some questions before too long, but I'll take a few days and read through old posts first.
