Hello and greetings from the Southeastern Ohio/Western West Virginia area. I'm a retired LEO with 36 years of Municipal and Federal service under my belt, currently working a non LE position with a government agency, and as a part-time Instructor with the Ohio Peace Officers Training Commission. My first duty weapon back in the 70's was a Model 15, later carried a Model 64 until we transitioned to semi-autos. Carried a S&W 9mm semi-auto in Federal service for a while, my current carry weapon is an SD40, a 642, or an older Model 36.
