Picked up the 9 Pro today for range use. Traded my LC9 that I couldn't stand for it. Haven't shot it yet but feels good dry firing. It will keep my 9 compact company.

Did notice one thing, not a big thing unless I need to replace the mag release like I did in the 9c. On the 9c there is a little screw on one side of the mag release the is used to remove it. I don't see this on the Pro series.

Does anyone know how this comes out if I ever need to?

No screw on my 9c, sure you're not talking about a Shield(I'm just guessing, I've never even handled a Shield). The mag release on the 9c, 9pro and 9L all come out the same way, take the slide off, reach into the magwell from the top and release the spring from the mag release. No screws involved

That's odd, just looked at my 9c and no screw. Not sure what I was thinking of, but thanks. Just looked, it's my 1911's that have the screw.

To remove the magazine release, you can remove the spring inside from the button and the button comes right out if you needed to move it to the other side.
