My second handgun was a 629 (thanks to reading Elmer Keith) and I've been a fan of Smith&Wesson ever since.
With all the restrictions put on we Californians, I can't tell you how appreciate S&W jumping through the hoops to ensure most new products are available for sale in our state. I recently purchased a 4in 617 and a M&P15-22, and I have a many more S&W firearms on my list of must haves sometime in the future. I look forward to meeting fellow shooters and discussing the guns we love.
