While looking for info on the 4043 I acquired, I found this site. Looks like a lot of info here.
MY 4043 TSW is a Retired Memphis PD issued sidearm.
I'll try to do the searches prior to asking to many questions.
I'm an NRA Handgun instructor and shoot mostly long range pistol, NRA Field Pistol Silhouette.
I do some hobby type gun smithing and was looking at ways to reduce the trigger pull on the 4043. It is a miracle that MPD could hit anything with a trigger pull this high. I realize that a DAO is harder to control but this one is off my pull gauge reading.
Next on the Smith list for me is a J frame.
