New member (kind of). New Purchase

Hello all. Been lurking and learning and thought I'd start off posting here by putting up my new purchase. Finally got myself a CS9. Brand new (NOS) and factory fresh (dirty and from 2003). Here she is as the money was crossing the counter.

And here she is all scrubbed and rubbed with Weaponshield. Still a virgin but at least she's clean. Seen here hanging out with her much older cousin.

Thanks for checking it out and I look forward to learning so much more around here. (So glad the pictures worked as I didn't want to be hammered with "This thread useless without pictures.")

I agree, very nice pair. Good find. The 915 was the first semi-auto I ever bought for myself.

There is one improvement you could make right off the bat.Big Dog makes custom Delrin Grips that fit the CS9 like a glove.I am a little guy and the rubber grips would print out in concealed carry mode and drag in pocket carry mode.Some people,myself included, find the gun to shoot low to point of aim and I found the cure by accident.Switch the novak sights to Trijicon Night Sights and the gun is dead on accurate.Enjoy and keep in touch.Welcome to our merry band.......Mike
