I guess I been sleeping and ruger snuck in a few new ones.
Redhawk in 357mag with 8 shots. 2 3/4" barrel
GP-100 in 44 special with 5 shots. 3" barrel
I was thinking about another S&W but I like the Redhawk in 41mag with the 4.2" barrel too. The gp100 looks like a sweet ccw revolver.
Was in love with the 357 Redhawk until I handled a Model 27,,,Redhawk dream died a swift death, and I have shot a 44 Redhawk,,, they grip didn't fell right for me..
On the other hand my buddy loved Redhawks and GP-100s, I had a very accurate GP-100 that my daughter sold me, and well I had to have another AR, so the GP ended up in the Gunshop owners personal pile, it found a good home, and I got a new AR, I do kinda miss it??? but
I had an early Ruger MK-1 for a while, it was very accurate, and I do really miss it, but my SIL offered to buy it, he sent it back to Ruger and had it re-blued and new springs, very nice, but the saddest Ruger Story?? well two, my Dad admired my neighbors very UGLY, broken hammer 45 Colt Flattop-recessed cylinders and all, I bought it for him, after he passed, I took it home, later the neighbor comes and wants it back, "I only sold it to you because your Dad loved it so much", so he gave me the 200 bucks back I paid him. That 45 Colt was "Dead Dog's Eye Accurate!" blamo, Heh! Heh!
So after I see a real old 44 Flat-top in 98% condition about 1961, I dinked around and talked him down about 300 bucks from his initial asking price. That was the most beautiful gorgeous 44 Mag I ever fired, it was so nice and light, and yet just a accurate as any 44Special, 44Mag Ammo I could put in the cylinders
But I was undone by a 45 Colt New Frontier, with an additional fitted ACP cylinder, gorgeous, but not the gun that Ruger was??? so that's my sad Ruger tales almost.
There was the Jim Clark tuned Ruger Ranch Rifle with the 24 inch stainless bull barrel, that was one hole accurate, as long as you could keep it running, it was very tightly chambered until it went back to Jim for a little reliability work, but my BIL lost it to the game warden when I surrendered it back to him for the cash he had borrowed???
