Did anyone else get a recent email from "Lew Horton"? I got one and I curiously replied but haven't heard back.

I'm aware that many here don't care about this type of thing but others do, myself included.

I was bummed when LH folded up and Earl was no longer a great source for information.

I've censored the whole email just in case it would violate any Forum rule.

Jim:

That is great information and this is the first I have heard of this service being offered. I am not aware of any Forum rule that would prohibit you from posting the entire letter and details on how to secure one. As a collectors Forum this place is all about information.

Would you please fill us in on that?

Thanks!

Two hours after I originally posted, another one was started on the revolver side. I wasn't the only person that was emailed.

If anyone is really interested I'd suggest following that post. It is full of great, and very very sad information. Earl Minot has passed.

For an update I did receive a return email. It was from Susan Lorusso so I did some checking. She was the COO at LH when they shut down. She had worked her way up to that position over years and held other positions there. The address in Colorado checked out, (as well as another in Mass.)

This is a pretty cool thing that I had hoped Earl would have had an interest in. With permission of course.

There is speculation that those that got these emails were on a list for letters that Earl didn't get to before the closing. I definitely was one waiting at that time.
