Bought this from a friend, an STI Trojan in 9mm. It’s an early model. Sold my Para Ord Enhanced and wanted a 1911 in the stable. Not shot a lot with 2 extra mags. Before Dawson shipped it they did a reliability package to it. He added the fiber optic front sight and mag well. Like the double diamond grips, reminds me of S&W grips. The slide seems to be mounted on bearings and has about a 3lb trigger. Can’t wait to shoot it next Tuesday morning at the retired guys shoot. Larry

I had Trojans in 9MM and 38 Super. Both excellent. Still have the Super, but wish I'd kept both. Sorry to see that STI just does double stack guns now.

Shot it this morning at the club, 50 ft. Did OK, benched it as best as could be done. Vertical stringing was my fault. Will get there early next time and set up the ransom rest and use it. The first 5 shots off hand were nicely grouped, all went downhill after that. Larry

Here are some ransom rest groups at 50 ft. It’s mounted on a moveable table, wish the table was mounted securely. Glad it shoots accurately, feel much better then last week off the bench top with sand bags. Larry
