Hi all,
I am glad to found this site, lots of information here, and very nice photos. Unfortunately I saw a Performance Center 681 Lew Horton Quadport here and I want one so bad, but I don't think I will found one.

I have a very nice Factory engraved 36-10 , but I want a 7 or 8 shot revolver. I was looking for a PC 627, and a 657, as well the 686. Is it any other models are? What is the best place to look for a 681? My other thing is , I f will decide to buy a 627 , I don't like the unfluted 627, where can I buy fluted cylinder?

It wasn't just a "WTB" question, I was asking for ideas for different models.

Welcome to the forum.
Just some general info. The 681 was a L-frame performance center revolver and they did not make many of them. If you find a used one, it will be expensive.
The 627 and 657 are N-frames, a bit larger frame/more weight.
The 686+ is a current production, seven shot, L-frame revolver, available as a 2 1/2", 3", and 4" model.

Of those the 686+ is usually the most reasonable priced. I have a 4" and it is accurate and I like the balance of the full lug barrel.

Good luck in you search.

Thank you for the nice words, and i will keep looking. I just want a longer grip what I have now, and want a small barrel with 7-8 shot cylinder. I didn't even see the 681 pc untill today :)
