Yes - that was an error on my part. The SV's didn't last long enough to have
the short action - although I think it could be possible. Some SV frames may have
layed around for a year unnoticed, then finished into short action guns. I doubt it,
but it could have happened.
As to nickel Victories - I would say there are not any. If the gun in question is
original nickel, it is not a Victory. I did post a note on the S&WCA forum about this.
Those of you who are S&WCA members have access to Roys response.
