I purchased these grips from another member here about two years ago. They gave good service but have been replaced on the gun they live on, and I am tired of them living on top of my safe and daring me to buy another n frame. In my time with them, they were used to hurl many hunks of lead at steel plates and did so in a manner beyond reproach, except that time when I wanted to shoot left handed. They aren't very good at that.
These are used but in good condition. They are walnut. I hope my pictures will detail any imperfections- with grips this pricey there is no reason there should be any surprises.
The following is a link to the most similar model currently imported to my knowledge. These differ in that they have the S&W logo embossed into the grip. This confers a substantial tactical advantage over the non-embossed version in the event you were to forget the manufacturer of your revolver in the heat of a bullseye competition. If I recall the previous owner stated that they were a run for a German shooting club or something of that nature, but I don't have any verifiable knowledge of that.
