no 908 or 9mm ammo

went to cabelas to purchase an advertised 908 for $379.00 brand new...none to be had. so then i thought,well get some 9mm ammo none nadda. hmm well i asked the counter person about a t/c in .223 in encore? none hmm how about in blued with wood? nada....not ordering any t/c's till fall hunt season. he says a big run on guns since november. they will not take rain checks on the 908.

379.99 that is a good price right? wonder if gander mountain will price match?

I would say $379 was a excellant price. But just checking with several of my distributors I find no 3rd generation guns other than PC models.

Buds has some 910's for $378.Excellent pistol,especially with the 17 round megar mags.

I say go with the 910, I have one, good little pistol. Hopefully, Buds or CDNN still has them. You can get 15 round S&W 59** series mags at Summit for $15 IIRC

That price seems low to me. I saw one used 908 at the Geo. R. Brown show in Houston yesterday for $399. I didn't come across any spare mags at all. I was looking for a police trade in 6906 or 669 to go with my 908 and didn't find any. I may have to go on line to pick one up.
