The Anointed One has just nominated Goodwin Liu for a lifetime appointment as a judge on the 9th US Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco.

Here are his qualifications:

1. He is a law professor at UC Berkeley.
2. His nomination was supported by Diane Feinstein and Barbara Boxer.
3. He is an authority on Constitutional law.
4. He was a clerk for Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg.
5. He was on the Obama-Biden presidential team.

My opinions on his qualifications:
1. Left-wing Berkeley radical with his head in a place where the sun don't shine
2 Birds of a feather flock together
3. Able to twist simple words to form the exact opposite meaning (especially the Second Amendment)
4. See opinion Number 1
5. See opinion Numbers 1 and 2

I'll bet you a dollar to a donut that this guy is an anti-gun cultist who is just sweating in anticipation to make rulings to take away our guns.

I don't think we will ever catch a break here in California.
I believe the Ninth District Court is the one with the most reversed rulings.
I don't see anything good about this appointment as you have his credentials pretty much nailed down.

Pretty gross but not surprising when you consider who nominated him.

That ensures that the 9th will continue it's track record of being the most frequently overturned Circuit Court in the nation.

Being endorsed by Slimestain and Boxer, is to me, like a letter of recommendation from Osama bin Laden.

Another kick in the crotch to reasonable, tax paying residents of CA. Don

The only good thing about the ninth circuit is that most of its rullings get overturned.
