Who would have thought such a disparate group would join in a suit against NSA? Careful study and consideration of the phone surveillance activities reveals that there are indeed 1st, 2nd, and 4th Amendment issues at stake here. Maybe this will at least curtail if not outright take down this particular Orwellian scheme.
