Number of Guns?

Was watching the news. OAN or Fox & something was said about one of the bills in congress had a provision about only allowing someone to own no more than 200 guns. Did I hear this right or not. Wasn't paying close attention.

If I were to guess about the 200 that the OP asked about, it would be the $200 tax these (cant say it) want to charge per gun and magazine. I think that was floated by these (cant say it) last year.
