Apparently this data ignores the number of older hunters like me who
upgraded to a lifetime comprehensive hunting license some years ago.

I did this also. It also does not take into account guys like myself who bought their son a lifetime license when he was born. It was the best $385 I ever spent. This include fishing and lifetime trout stamp as well.

I sure wish us old retired fellas could get lifetime big game/small game/fishing licenses here in Wyoming. After a lifetime of buying licenses you'd think we could get a break. We can get a small game/fishing lifetime license if you're over 65 and a Wyoming resident for over 30 years. Unless you're born in the State you're never really considered a resident....no such restrictions on paying taxes though.
