Those of you watching the current TV series "The People vs. O. J. Simpson" may have seen the episode last Tuesday covering the low-speed Ford Bronco chase, with O.J. holding a gun to his head. It looks like it could be a Model 28, certainly an N-frame, as it has the extractor rod shroud under the barrel. Does anyone know what the gun actually was in real life?

I assumed it was a 29 because he would be the kind of bozo who would have to have the world's most powerful gun to stroke his ego.

A local guy was advertising a white Ford Bronco for sale a short while after the chase. The ad read, "Low miles, fully loaded, CC, PS, PB and of course AC."

Agreed. I remember watching the slow chase live in the news. I remember the tons of hours of boring stuff about him and his trial after.

The so-called "trial" was a judicial three-ring circus with enough clowns to make Ringling Brothers want to sign 'em all to lifetime contracts. Just a huge black mark on the American judicial system.

Karma did finally have its way with Simpson in the end, though not to the extent he deserves.

He is finally where he is supposed to be, though, and maybe that counts for something.

Especially the gloves thing. Did you notice how he had his fingers spread as far as possible to make it look like they couldn't fit? I did. Clearly he could have used thedm even if aside too small.

Agreed, he is where he needs to be-even if not for those two murders he did.
