OEM Magna grip screws

Never thought it would come to this but, I have a set of K frame sq butt magnas for a Model 10 and a set of N frame Magnas for a Model 28.. In a recent move, I've managed to lose the grip screws to both. Does anyone know of a replacement or where there is a cash of these grip screws? I purchased a pack of five from an ebay seller at a handsome price the screw head was too large and would not fit flush in the grip. Length and thread pitch was correct but screw head was too large.

Something so simple.

Need some advice, help.
