I went and I saw. Lee was there, vacationing I assume. Only the second time in 5 years I've seen him at his table. This place must be hard work!

Keith Brown was sitting with him, too. As were a host of others. Joni and her dad came. Jack Rutter was at his table. Of course Dan was there, guarding the door and keeping track of all the wayward flock, and which way they went. Tim Bandy was carrying around his dad's old 1917 commercial to sell.

Interesting guns. Lots of ammo, especially .380 auto. Probably 75 or 100 boxes. Primers were everywhere, but priced as low as $50 a sleeve, and more often $70 per thousand. Too rich for my blood. Bullets were scarce.

Of particular interest was the K22 Outdoorsman. Nothing spectacular, or even anything to distinguish it from others. It was, fairly, a 95% or better gun. Box and gun... $2800!! wow.

One well used old M&P, postwar S815,000s for $375, and a twin from maybe the following year. The less old one looked better. But the early one had prewar Magna's!

If they weren't so beaten up, just the wood should be worth the asking price. Oh, both guns had boxes. The early one ragged maroon.

The Fugates (I've never met them.) They apparently bought out an estate some friends were marketing for a widow. Everything except the K32s. One a 16-2, the other a 16-3. I can't for the world understand why they'd leave those two peaches sit. As bad a rep as they have here, they do seem to pay with American dollars.

I met Lee there today. We were set up 4 tables down from him. We had the table full of tomahawks if you are there Sunday stop and say HI.

Never found your table with the hawks,I was looking for it.Did see one on a table, beautiful smoaking hawk for $400.The place was really busy but you could walk around.Picked up a 1913 year U.S. Army 1911 and a Combat commander made in the 70's.Great show, alot of very nice guns and prices...Mike

I got to see a few of you which is always nice.
I had a few minutes to yak with Lee and stare in amazement at the $69.99 boxes of 380 ammo someone else had.
After the show My father and I watched the nasty hail storm as it pelted his previously unblemished car. Nasty storm.

I picked up a nice Model 36 no dash RB on Sunday. In box around 98% condition for 400.00 bucks. Great show, the display section was very impressive. Saw the only 3/4 stock Hawken Rifle ever made.

Hi Mike,
We were at Table I-19 it was 3 or 4 down from Lee. We had 30 Hawks on the table + I had 8 revolvers. Saturday was a nice crowd Sunday was a bit slower. Maybe we can catch you at the next one. We should be at the same table. I'm going to have a bunch of Smith's and a few Walthers and bob will have his Tomahawks.

I picked up a Ruger Blackhawk in 30 carbine. I bought one new in 1968 and made the mistake of trading it a fews years ago. The one I found was also a 1968 (first year issue).

Steve,is this Bob's work by any chance.I think this maker is from around Oxford Ohio if I remember correctl;y.Has what looks like a beaver as a stamp....Mike

No that's not one of Bob's. I did see that Hawk at the show or one just like it. The fellow had a leather sheath made for it, That wasn't you was it?

Hey was nice to see all of you, glad you could make it,,, was easy to miss Steves table after "passing" Lee and Mike, it takes a few few rows to "wear off"

Yes, Steve had some NICE stuff on his table.I swapped Steve on that .30 carbine, he was lucky to get back "another" first year production gun.
All in all a very good and busy show ,as usual as well as some really awesome displays, hope Keith got to see and talk with Shawn as to his Walter Roper display.............
