I hope someone can answer a question for me. Does this full box of 45 Long Colt have any collector value since the box has no ends or should I shoot it up and throw the empty box in the trash? Also, any idea of the age?

Shoot it.
Cut the other end flaps and sit on a shelf to look neat, or just toss the box. No value left.

Box is too far gone. However , those cartridges might be of value if someone has an empty box in good shape.

The box is post 1946. It may not be in the greatest shape, but, unless you really cannot find space to store it, I would not shoot them. If all 50 cartridges are identical, they can be used to fill a nicer box. There are hundreds of different boxes for sale on E-Bay. Please don't shoot them.
