When my sister lived in Kamloops, her boys took to roaming the hills around Lac Du Bois, They were allowed to camp out as long as their rottweiler/bloodhound was along to watch. They would spend a few days at a time fishing and eating squirrels. All went by the boards though when a grizzly wandered into their camp. The dog stood his ground, blocking the bear, allowing the boys a long head start toward home.
They would have loved that cave.

I hunted in Southern Utah in the '80's & there were caves like this all over. Then in 2009 I hunted in Nevada & my son in law showed me a very large cave about 50 x 150 ft. with Indian pictures on the back wall like was shown before. I tried to take pics with my camera but didn't turn out very well.Paint was very dull. Good memories for sure.
