Hi all !
I just bought an old hand ejector two days ago .
The serrial number is 153631 .
It looks like it may have been on the Titanic , WW 1 and WW 2 Korea and most of Veit Nam . Then I think it went to Africa for a few wars.

I almost just walked away on looks alone . When I looked it over it was hard to believe just how tight it was is yoke is tight , it has timing better than most smiths Ive ever seen.

The springs are strong I couldn't find a reason to not buy it so I did .
250 bucks out the door ....they had a remington bulk pack so I bought it too.

Then I went to the hinterlands and shot it . I couldn't tell about accuracy the sights are very small . But it shot just fine . Thank you for any info.
My name is Gary
living in Peoria Az

You are obviously of the "If it feels good, do it!" school!

That's a great place to start!!

It pretty much has to be a .38 Military & Police Model of 1905. (That's the name, not the age---but it's close to its age.)

The nearest I had were #'s 116420 and 238778. They went out the door on June 20, 1910, and March 5, 1915 respectively. It's one of 7,000,000 or so if I recall correctly (Counting A BUNCH of essentially the same made during WWII for our (and some others') armed services, and war related industrial folks' needs----not to mention more than a few Police Departments' needs over the years.)

It's a typical example of good stuff that still works just fine!

As an aside, there are very likely more than a few videos on You Tube that'll show you how to go about taking it apart, and giving it a good bath. I can pretty much guarantee it's in dire need!
