God bless, my father in law, 89 years young was there.. and still shares a story or 2 like it was just yesterday..
Most of my old friends from the WW2 era are gone now. I worked with a bunch of them. Harry Jennings, John Wheelihan and Warren Bethards were all in the Navy at Pearl Harbor Dec. 7th. All on different ships, all survived the war. They didn't know each other then but became Telco men afterwards. All are gone now. May they rest in peace.
