While waiting for my ST-T2 and blue sprinco spring I stumbled on to Rainier Arms site looking for an extended latch. When I came across the Rainier Arms Thunder Bolt BCG in hard chrome $145 the stock BCG is fine I just think that HC BCG looks cool.

Yep it is a beaut', it is just too easy to spend money on these rifles!!
Mama's gonna be mad! LOL

Kinda like a motorcycle, deck it out to make it your own. Expensive like a motorcycle too!

It looks good. Post a picture when you get it installed. You really need a clear buffer tube to show off the Spike's buffer:D

Wihunter, very cool.
Do you have the means to weigh them ?
I'm curious, not to take a way from the cool factor, however hiding that bling is going to be hard with out a dust cover while evading zombies in the December apocalypse . Or so I've been told by the milspec experts =/

I'm hoping the bling will draw the zombies away from my family toward me!
As soon as it arrives I'll weigh it and my original bcg and post results

The new BCG is here. The weight seem to be the same (I need to find a scale) if is noticeably smoother and it slides in the upper like it had ball bearings. I'll let you know how it shoots tomorrow.

The new BCG is awesome 200 rounds and it still look clean. Very smooth. I think I'll wait until 500 round before cleaning just to see how it holds up
