Hi! Newbie to the forum alert!

After much lurking and reading over a lot of good information here I decided to become a member and part of the community.

And now... first question (yes, I tried to "search" only result was the pictures thread):
I have a new 15-22 coming for Christmas and wanted to ask members here what they think of the scope "Tactedge 4X32 Mini CQB TS Mil-Dot Scope" for the gun. I found it on amazon for $50 and it seems to have mostly favorable reviews (45).

I have a M&P 15 with Eotech magnifier and red dot and all the fixins, but don't want to go that far with a .22 LR caliber. When I get the 15-22 outfitted, I'll gleefully post pictures of both.

Thanks for your help!

Parallax is adjusted to 100 yards. I don't think it's going to be versatile enough, unless of course, that's the only range you're going to use it at. And at 100 yards, you won't be able to call your own shots because you won't be able to see the holes in the paper. Of course, at 4X I can't see the holes at 50 yards, but then again, I'm old.

I think you want ascope that you can dial the parallax down to 25 yards, or at the very least, 50 yards.

Thanks MattO. and JSimmons, I appreciate your opinions. As promised, here is my M&P 15. I can't wait to get a hold of the 15-22!

I think the Tactedge is decent, its made by UTG. I have quite a few UTG products for my MP 15-22. Also, for more scope selections visit their website or search amazon for "leapers" scopes. There are many variations. I personally went for the 3-9X40 Rubber Armor Mil dot for 60$ off Amazon. Anyway you go, I don't think you can go wrong with a leapers scope for a good priced rifle scope.

Also, contrary to MattO, I have had quite a few problems with Crosman products in the past. They are "OK", but I like UTG/Leaper's much better.
