Ordered a M&P 9c yesterday

Ordered a M&P 9c (compact) yesterday.I figured my MP 9mm full size and shield needed a middle brother.On a serious note I wanted the compact for the few extra rounds the mag holds verses the shield.For you folks who have a compact and shield which one do you carry the most?Thanks,coobie

I've got both a M&P9C and 9FS. I use the FS for range work and carry the 9C. When the Shield came out, I checked it out and decided that it was not smaller enough to give up the extra rounds, at least for me.

Besides, I have a 3913 if I ever want to carry a single stack

I also have a 3913 and a 3914TSW I used to carry before I bought the shield.I also like to carry my sig P238 in the summer months.The MP bug has bitten me the last year or so,never really liked them at first but they grew on me.coobie

I have a 9C, but I don't have a Shield, because I'm a southpaw. I do have a Nano that's about the same size as the Shield and it's the pistol I carry the most. I do carry the 9C, but have to be wearing the right clothes. The thinner profile of a single stack is just easier and more comfortable to me.

I love my 9c, I left my FS M&P 9 at home last time I went to range so I can practice more with it if I do get my CCW it will be what I will carry.
