I don't think S&W actually made golf clubs, but you could buy them with the trademark:

They did however look into other endeavors during WWII, including this flush valve:

Good information above.
The President of S&W Golf was Ernie Vadersen. Ernie was the inventor of the Snake Eyes wedges, which were very popular to golf pros early on.
When I posted pictures of some S&W woods that I bought from S&W and sold some to forum members, it was a surprise when Ernie reached out and said he would send letters to those individuals that bought some of the clubs.
Ernie also had three special Performance Center firearms, and he sold me one which is a a one of a kind M627 with an 8" barrel, see the pic below, it's the top revolver.
I owned that revolver for some time but sold it when I was thinning the herd, another member has it now (he will probably see this and maybe chime in).
I also got a few Smith & Wesson tournament golf bags from Ernie in my collection for a few years.
Unfortunately Ernie passed away a few years back. Will miss him, he was a true gentleman.

I have 3 sets of binoculars....8x42, 10x42 and 12x42 all made in Japan. They perform as well as my Nikons and Pentax...might even be made by them.

Also have a S&W spotting scope 20x60x80 ( I think) that is very good.

Will post pics later.
