Was digging through the ammo box's for a multiple handgun shooting session this morning.. plenty of .38, .38+p, .357, 9mm...where the heck is the .380? Huh, thought I had a couple of box's in the mix, guess not, have to order some.

WHAT???? the best deal on the Fiocchi I like was $92 for a box of 50 delivered, and it took half an hour to find that.

color me ammo shortage slapped...heck, punched

Personally, I would equate current ammo prices to being shot directly in the wallet with a bullet of the same caliber you perchased.

.22LR ain't so bad because you can always just patch up the holes afterwards easily enough and you'll generally have some money left to spare, but once you start stepping up in caliber, especially with JHPs, forget it, your money is gone in an instant.
