Not so much a fan of PSA, though I am a pretty patient guy.
I ordered a AR pistol lower on Dec 19, and here it is Feb 19.
I made three phone calls, minimum wait to talk to a human being 30 minutes up to 45 minutes. Forget about emails, they never answer those.
One call after a month it was "in shipping, we'll send a tracking number". A week later I called back for status, they replied "gun was sent to your dealer". What happened to tracking info? OK, please call the dealer for me. They did, the lower was never received.
OK, "we'll track it down and find out where it is". I called back on Feb 2nd, "the gun was shipped to another FFL and he thinks it's his and we're having a hard time getting it back". LOL, really?

My fault for not asking them just to ship me another lower since they seemed to have a bunch of them advertised for sale, at $10 less than what they charged me.

I haven't called back in the last 2 weeks due to being in the middle of a move to a new house.
Their CS is severely lacking, imo.
Not a total debacle as they did ship my upper in less than a week.

Maybe I should have paid a little more and dealt with a company that has a decent CS dept.
