Just heard that Pat Rogers passed away yesterday.He had a very active life.A well know firearms instructor a retired marine and also retired NYPD.And a member of this forum.
If this has already been posted please forgive me .But I just heard about it.

Sad day. Another great man in the firearms community gone. It was an honor to get training from him.
 
Bit of a legend. Sorry to see him go, sorry I didn't take his carbine course last year when I let everyday life get in the way.

Blessing on him and his loved ones. May he rest in peace.
 
He was a legend and no one could doubt that. He was a Marine, a cop and then did everything he could to teach the younger generation the finer things in life...such as don't get your head blown off while in the process of doing what you had been doing.

The memorial string over on LF is staggeringly long, because so many knew and valued him. He was a friend, a mentor, an example, and will be missed. I got the text Wednesday AM as I was getting ready for work. It's been a crud couple of days.

There is also a video tribute (5 hours long) on P&S (primary and secondary) that was posted elsewhere. NRA ILA did a tribute. Panteao Productions did one. All worth watching.
