Oh My God, I have not heard or seen that in 40+ years.

I never thought of myself as a tough guy, but one who was always able to control and generally show very little emotion. Hearing Mr. Harvey’s define “Our Job,” just brought a tear to my eye. I better stop now before I admit I am human and can be weak at times.

I enjoyed listening to PH while at work when I went on lunch break for over twenty years.

He really knew how to tell a story and always did it in good taste, whether he agreed or not.

I learned a lot on what was going on in the world and what made it tick.
It was a dark day in radio when one of the true "Masters" of speech passed away.

I also remember Murrow, Cronkite and Walter Winchell ......
am I giving my age away ??
