Paw Paw West Virginia Annual Memorial Day Car Show and Parade

I'm kinda bummed. They've cancelled this years Paw Paw Memorial Day car show and parade.
"Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the social restrictions put in place at this time, the Paw Paw Parade Committee has made the difficult and painful decision to cancel this year's Paw Paw Memorial Day Weekend Parade and Car Show. The committee has been unable to plan accordingly, procure awards and trophies, and obtain sponsorship for a successful and enjoyable parade and car show. We realize this is the most important yearly town event that many look forward to but there are too many obstacles beyond our control. We thank you for your understanding and hope to see you at the Christmas parade."

Lots of car shows in my area cancelled also. There is talk of not having any county fairs this summer also.

Now that you mention it, they'll probably cancel the Old Town Fair in June too. Another event my wife and I look forward to.

Looks like the mining towns I used to see when I went through coal regions in PA when I lived there
