Pawn Shop Find - Model 33-1

Can't seem to stop visiting local Pawn Shops. Lately there just seems to be S&W's that are just to good a deal to pass up. With exception to small spot on barrel and ding on grips, this one wouldn't let me go away empty handed. Stocks are numbered to gun and if there was ever a so called "Unfired" specimen, this one may qualify. If I don't soon quit stopping to check out these shops, I may soon be hocking something myself. Awesome. Most of the guns in my area pawn shops look like they’ve been dragged behind a truck. And then marked up 50%. And I live in a nice area.

Very nice! I found my 1962 vintage 33-1 with box about six years ago with two boxes of ammo with five rounds missing and it looks like that's all that was fired out of it with no finish wear or turn line. They are little gems aren't they. Enjoy yours!
