SIG, 9mm, 8 1/2 inch barrel. That flash suppressor is also a blast director. Hat stays on.
Fun to shoot. Very easy to use as a rifle stock, if you wished to. I use mine as intended, as a pistol brace. Sure!!

Nice set up, Bill.

A friend of mine has a Springfield Armory Saint pistol in 300BO, 9" barrel. He put a Noveske Flaming Pig flash hider on it and it is pleasureable to shoot. Another friend has a Saint pistol in 5.56 with a 7.5" barrel and it is the most abrasive thing I have ever been around. Both of those pistols came with the fixed version of that arm brace and will function very well in pistol mode or if you decide to shoulder mount it.

I'm pretty partial to GHW's Model 1 Tailhook. They've upgraded the design, but the first one excels in its simplicity. This is my 9mm, with the linear comp there is practically no blast.

The two 9mm AR pistols I've built are both ***** cats as far as muzzle blast is concerned. My latest .300 blackout with a 7.5" barrel however is a beast, it's incredibly loud and has a impressive muzzle flash. I've only loaded super sonic ammo to this point because my suppressor hasn't been released from jail yet.

300 BLK pistol KAK industries super Sig buffer tube, Sig tube length adjustment kit, and a brace. Has a great length of pull now, the same as a 6 position stock all the way out. IF I were to slip my cheek weld, and it came into contact with my shoulder, it would be a perfect fit. She came with a 10.5" barrel, and I added a Silencerco Octane 45 HD to keep her bite worse than her bark. Shhhhhhhh....

A fickle BATFE is precisely why these two are waiting tax stamps and will have their braces removed as soon as stamps are in hand.
