I just read this at the link I'll try to provide. One thing that struck me was a magazine ban from holding 10 or more cartridges. Somebody had a writing brainfart on the article. But our Gov. and Pgh/Philly mayors, Esp. Mayor Peduto of my town seems to be at it again. There was an article in this same online newspaper this morning just stating facts about the most profile checks for gun purchase in a long time. But, in the article, it also posted the numbers of people turned down and supposedly arrested because they lied on the application, had felonies, whatever. A law that's been there as long as I know, and sort of a sensible one. So, with all the new gun sales, no "threat to society or him/herself"; I think that's how it should work. The article basically said (this morning) that the laws are working and leave them alone.
