What I have is a beautiful Lew Horton 2.5" 686 pre-lock package.
Model: Lew Horton 686 no dash
Caliber: .357mag/.38spl
Barrel: 2.5"
Sights: Target Adjustable
Hammer/Trigger: Case Colored Factory Installed Target hammer and trigger. The MIM hammer and trigger are included as well.
Grips: 1 set of Hogue Monogrips and 1 set of Kim Ahrends Custom Combat grips.
It comes with the original box and paperwork.
Overall this pistol is in close to new condition. It is a joy to shoot and the same to carry.
I'll also throw in a set of RCBS .38spl dies if we can come to the right trade agreement.
What I'm looking for are antique (pre-1899) firearms. Let me know what you have and let's see if we can make a deal happen!!
Model: 629-3 Classic Pre-Lock
This pistol has a beveled cylinder.
Caliber: .44Mag
Sights: Adjustable Target red insert
Barrel: 6" Full Lug
Finish: Stainless
Grips: Hogue Monogrips and Beautiful Custom Wood Combat grips with S&W Medallions
Overall Condition: 95-98%
I'm looking for a nice Colt, LMT, Noveske etc. 5.56 or 9mm AR either rifle or pistol in trade or an American made Fender Stratocaster
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
What I have is a nice old pre-1898 Winchester 1894 SRC.
Model: 1894 Saddle Ring Carbine
Year of Manufacture: 1897
Caliber: .30wcf
Barrel: 20" Nickel Steel
Finish: Blued worn down to a nice silver with strong bluing still in protected areas. Firebluing on the loading gate is still visible.
Bore: is in outstanding condition. An easy 8-9 out of 10.
Sights:
Rear: Earliest style flip up ladder sight(One just like mine, but in far worse condition just sold on eBay for $182.49 for the sight alone!)
Front: Blade bead with ivory bead insert
Wood: Forend is in good condition overall. Stock has some shrinkage and someone put a recoil pad on it before I got it.
Metal: overall the metal is in really good shape with no real pitting or major handling marks aside from:
The saddle ring stud broke off. This is an easy fix. $18 in parts and $20 in labor.
The upper tang has a very old repair on it. This does not affect the function at all.
Overall this is a beauty of an old Winchester levergun and an addition to anyone's collection.
I can text or email pictures to anyone who is interested.
Trades I'd be most interested in would be:
Other Antique (Pre-1899) firearms.
Mostly looking for Winchester
Colt
Sharps
S&W
