Here is a nice and unusual gun, a 44 HE Model of 1926, 5 inch nickel. Probably shipped to Wolf & Klar. This is an original nickel gun (has "N" stamp on right side of grip frame) and has not been serviced or refinished. I recently purchased this from another Forum member, but have decided it doesn't quite fit in with my collection. Gun only, no box/papers or S&W letter. The value of this gun in 80% condition is in the neighborhood of $2600. I am looking for the following in trade:
Will consider:
Any blued 44He in excellent condition
Any other Pre war or before 1948 N frame HE's in 44sp, .357 mag or 38 spl.
Any S serial numbered N frame S&W's in excellent condition
