Police trade in sig sauer p 229

Picked up a sig p 229 police trade in from Aim surplus, got it from my FFL Saturday morning. I've got about 330. In it total including FFL fees only problem is its in 40 S&W. Not a real big fan of the 40 S&W shoots really well, was wondering if anyone knows what agency they came from

I recently picked up a sig P226 . It came with a usual sig 40cal barrel and also a sig conversion barrel to 357 sig . It also came with 3 mag . It is in great condition with hardly no wear . It has had work to the trigger---smooooth all the way . I pd $395 for mine , it came in it's original box . I really wasn't looking for one but this just seemed to cheap to pass up . I reload for both calibers . This particular shop doesn't like getting in Sig firearms . Says his market won't support handling them unless he can get them real cheap . Good buys are out there if you take your time and look around , it pays . hmmm , now about a 38 super ??? Regards, Paul

Got one years ago with both .40 and .357Sig barrels... my only gun in either caliber....... uses the same mags for both ..... so a great
utility" gun to cover ammo shortages like we had in 2014!!!!!
