From Jack O'Connor years ago.
"...if you are printing some of my .270 loads, one I use a lot is 62 grains of 4831 in Winchester-Western cases with the CCI Magnum primer. I have just checked my figures with that load with the 130 grain Nosler bullet in three .270 rifles. In two Model 70's with 22" barrles. One gave 3130 and the other 3210 fps. In a custom .270 with a 24" barrel the velocity velosity was 3225. I have never had pressure taken with the Nosler bullet but with Winchester Silvertip 130 grain bullet the pressure was only 44,000" lbs." From Ken Waters:
Most accurate 130 grain bullet = 130 grain Sierra Spitzer, 57.0 grains IMR 4831, 3,064 fps, case = R-P, O.A. Ctg Lgt = 3.33"
Most accurate 150 grain bullet = 150 grain Sierra Spitzer, 57.0 grains WW 785, 2809 fps, case = R-P, O.A. Ctg Lgt = 3.33"

Hope this helps.
