Pre 28 5 Screw Box and Accessories Question

I would like to know what would be the correct box and accessories for 5 Screw Pre 28. Any information would be helpful..
Picked this one up over the weekend.. and am curious as to how it was packed..

Link to thread showing pics of my first year HP. The blue box is in bad shape but original. It came with the "Helpful Hints" brochure but no tools.
