My .44 is home! It's really in great shape, two shiney spots at the muzzle were cold blued (grrr) but everything else is really nice. It wasn't shot much and locks up tight. The only handling mark is one glint on the back of the grip, and it's just a pinpoint. It's an honest 90%++ gun! Of all my Smiths, even the ones that have been shot tons, this one has the Smoothest DA pull!
I've seen these display cases before and I'm pretty sure they are after market. Anyone have any idea who made them? It's a nicer box than a lot of the S&W ones I've seen.
