Primary Arms is great. The customer service is top notch, and they make a fine product that they are willing to stand behind.
As for the 3x scope specifically, the ballistic reticle distance markers won't line up since it is meant for a .223 trajectory, but the scope itself will still zero fine and work just fine on the 15-22.

No problems. i got both the 3X(quick lease mount on the 15-22 MOE -3 years now) and the 3X Deluxe (flip to side mount on a new A4 flattop carbine)
The team at PA are second to none! any issues they correct ASAP!!!
